Eldene Primary School Placemaking

Classroom Makeover Events
​
We ran a series of classroom makeover events with corporate teams. See Saw Do worked with the school to identify needs and come up with designs alongside the teachers. The new makeover aimed not only to beautify the space but also improve the teaching and learning experience in the classroom. We hosted a teachers cake and tea event to identify simple solutions that could be implemented with the low cost resources available. The space was then prepared using local community who were in need of jobs. After preperations had been made, we ran team building events with the employees of the corporate sponsors who helped assemble furniture, paint the colour designs and complete the makeover of each space.

Mural Painting Events

We painted various murals around the school. Each mural was sponsored and implemented by a corporate team.
